Q: Can I keep my phone numbers and other services?
A.
Yes, you will continue to rent your telephone lines from BT, so all services that they provide for you will still be available.
Q: Are BT still going to bill me?
A.
Yes, BT will invoice you for Line Rental and other services, but not for calls.
Q:
Will I need to be available for an engineer to call at my premises?
A.
No, there is no equipment that needs to be installed to switch your calls to our network.
Q:
Will there be any disruption to my service if I transfer my calls to DCFM Telecom?
A.
No, we use new technology (Carrier Pre Select) to switch your calls away from BT and onto our network. This takes 10 working days to effect, but the transition is seamless and there is no disruption to your service.
Q: What about the quality of calls?
A. The quality of calls is identical to that of a call over the BT network.
Q: Can I pay by Direct Debit?
A. Yes, which will save you time and postage.
Q: Can I pay by cheque?
A.
Yes you can, but there will be a small additional charge of 60p per bill to reflect the additional banking costs.
Q: Can I receive an Invoice through the post?
A.
Yes, but normally we will send our invoices by email, which is better for the environment.
